I can’t resist rounding off Italian Week with two more recipes, one from the
telly last night, the other from the University of Parsley (Grazie, Edddie).

Cut some onions into thick slices. Lay on a grill pan. Sprinkle with olive oil. Grill until almost charred. Remove from grill. Dress with Balsamic Vinegar.
