Cook thin Chinese noodles.
Rinse well in cold water. Drain.
Thinly slice red and green peppers, garlic, syboes, a red chilli (or use a
few chilli flakes), maybe cucumber.
Toss with the noodles.Drizzle on some balsamic vinegar. Maybe a few drops
of sesame oil.
Serve on a bed of shredded Chinese leaves.
